The wine company “Viniveria” has been serving its customers since 2005, however, the age of each vine, from which the grapes are harvested is much older. Not only Georgians are honored to taste the wine of “Viniveria.” It’s a lot of time since it has crossed the borders. Nowadays, “Viniveria” is popular in foreign countries, too.
Wine lovers won’t really feel the loss of wine in Vinoteka. There’s everything you can taste - Kisi, Khikhvi, Kakhetian Green, Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Amber wine, or Kindzmarauli.
Let me introduce you to Viniveria – I’ll tell you about the technique of making this precious drink:
When the traditional Kakhetian rule of winemaking is applied, the grapes are fermented in Kvevri for six months. With this method of winemaking, crystal clear and stable wine no longer needs to be processed or filtered. You'll taste the aromas of dried fruit, walnuts, tobacco, and freshly trimmed wooden tones. As for the European technology of preparation, the pitcher is replaced by a modern Italian machine, in which fermentation at 13-150C lasts an average of two weeks. This European type of wine is great with its citrus, delicate and sweet flowers, and richness of tropical fruit aromas.
